Another book that also includes an audio version for the busier among us, Mars and Venus in the Workplace takes a look at how to avoid unnecessary conflict and misunderstandings in the workplace between men and women. This book or 2 Audio CD’s, depending on your preference, shed new light on the differences between men and women at work and how to turn the work environment into a place of cooperation and success.

In our opinion this is the least popular of the Mars/Venus series but that certainly doesn’t make it less useful for the working man and woman. Anybody who has worked, well, anywhere , can attest to the fact that getting along in the workplace isn’t always easy, but John Gray claims that it can be and that he can tell you how to make it happen.

Thought it might have a narrow target audience, or rather only a few people will ever think to buy it, those that do will find it’s contents extremely useful. In fact, the worst that could happen is that you will start becoming quite annoyed with your coworkers that haven’t read or listened to this book. It’s nice to see that John Gray knows relationships take place in many different scenarios and each of those scenarios deserves to be treated differently. And with the option to listen to it instead or spending the time reading, well, you no longer have any excuse!
